At TAKE IT GOLF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your golf hat, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition: The product must be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your golf hat for a colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for the original purchase.
